Products with xylitol in them are friends to your teeth. Please remember though, that the majority of whitening toothpastes do not contain bleaching agents in them. They claim “whitening” by adding abrasives (silica) that can help remove surface stains. These abrasives can also cause tooth sensitivity and even erosion though, so use a few times a week, rather than daily.
